Karve Club Points Policy

Karve Club rewards members for purchases made at participating Karr Group locations. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are credited to the member’s Karve Club account when the qualifying purchase is entered and verified through the Karve Killington app.

Once a member reaches 100 points, those points may be redeemed for $10 in Karve Club rewards toward eligible purchases at participating locations.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Points and rewards may not be redeemed toward the purchase of alcohol.

• Points may only be earned on eligible purchases actually made by the member.

• Members are responsible for accurately entering or submitting qualifying purchases through the app.

• Rewards may be subject to location, item, date, or promotional restrictions.

• Karve Club may offer additional member benefits, bonuses, birthday rewards, early ticket access, or other promotional offers from time to time.

• Points, rewards, and promotional benefits are non-transferable unless specifically stated otherwise.

Misuse & Fraud

Karve Club reserves the right to review member activity for suspected misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent behavior.

Examples may include submitting another guest’s purchases, submitting the same purchase more than once, altering purchase information, creating multiple accounts to improperly earn rewards, attempting to redeem rewards in an unauthorized manner, or otherwise attempting to manipulate the Karve Club rewards system.

Any account reasonably believed to be involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or attempts to game the rewards program may be suspended or terminated, and associated points or rewards may be forfeited.

Karve Club reserves the right to correct point balances, reverse improperly awarded points or rewards, and modify or discontinue the program, its earning structure, redemption values, or participating benefits at any time.
