👤 Account Help

Creating an Account
Download the Karve Killington app and sign up using your email or phone number. Once verified, your Karve account connects you to all Karr Group venues and experiences.

Updating Account Info
To update your profile, payment info, or notification preferences, go to Settings → My Account.

Forgot Password?
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset via email. If you don’t receive the reset link within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us below.

🎟 Using Your Digital Pass

Your All-Access Pass to Killington
Your Karve digital pass gives you seamless entry to participating Karr Group properties — including The Wobbly Barn, Pickle Barrel Nightclub, JAX Food & Games, and more.

House Pass Holders (25/26 Season)
If you’ve upgraded or renewed your House Pass, your new digital version will automatically appear in your Karve Wallet. Just show your phone at entry — no physical card needed.

Transferring or Replacing Passes
Passes are linked to your account and can’t be shared. Lost your physical card? Trade it in at one of our locations for a new digital version.

🍽 Dining & Reservations

Book a Table
Browse menus and reserve a table at our premier venues directly through the app:

  • Wobbly Barn Steakhouse – classic Killington tradition

  • The Foundry at Summit Pond – lakeside dining & live music

  • Charity’s 1887 Saloon – historic pub atmosphere

  • JAX Food & Games – family-friendly comfort fare

Modify or Cancel a Reservation
Tap My Reservations → Select your booking → Choose Modify or Cancel. Please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.

🚌 Shuttle Service

Getting Around Killington Made Easy
Use the Karve Shuttle feature to request rides between Karr Group properties, your lodging, and key Killington destinations.

Operating Hours:
Thursday–Sunday: 4PM–2AM
Special hours apply on holidays and event weekends.

Tips:

  • Please allow 10–15 minutes for pickup.

  • Shuttle service is first-come, first-served based on availability.

⚙️ Troubleshooting

App Not Loading?

  1. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection.

  2. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Karve Killington.

  3. Try closing and reopening the app.

  4. If the issue persists, reinstall the app or contact support.

Digital Pass Not Scanning?
Ensure your screen brightness is turned up and your pass is displayed in full. If your pass still won’t scan, visit any Karr Group venue guest desk for assistance.

  • Secure storage of personal and payment information
