Karve Killington Terms of Service

Welcome to Karve Killington, an application operated by The Karr Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Karve Killington app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Overview

Karve Killington is your all-access pass to The Karr Group’s family of premier Killington properties, offering members an integrated experience to explore venues, view menus, make reservations, connect with shuttle services, and manage event access and digital passes.

2. Eligibility

To use Karve Killington, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under 18.

  • Agree to these Terms and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require creating an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Memberships and Digital Passes

Karve Killington may offer digital passes, loyalty programs, or exclusive memberships (“Passes”). These Passes:

  • Are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.

  • May be linked to specific venues or promotions.

  • Are subject to separate terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase or activation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Pass or promotional offer at our discretion.

5. Reservations and Third-Party Services

The App may facilitate reservations or purchases at Karr Group venues or third-party partners.
We act only as a technology platform and are not responsible for the quality, timing, or performance of services provided by third parties. All sales, reservations, and transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the respective venue.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its content.

We may remove or restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design elements within Karve Killington are the property of The Karr Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully before using the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:

  • App availability, accuracy, or error-free performance.

  • The actions of third-party service providers or venues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Karr Group and its affiliates are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Karr Group, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rutland County, Vermont.
