  • Control and direct food preparation process and any other related activities

  • Act as a natural leader who is in tune with the current culinary trends

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

  • Prepare, plan and evaluate the conceptualization of menu itemsHave world-class knowledge of correct cooking temperatures, food construction (i.e. sandwich creation), and cooking appliance knowledge

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Report to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef

  • Collaborate with sous chef on menu specials, including following and teaching recipes and portion specifications
